Abstract

The digital transformation of an enterprise includes not only the work style and communication methods workers prefer: it is also an integral part today\'s IT workforce he has engaged in its decision-making processes. Technological success can be achieved through people approach is the sticking point of future business get any lasting achievements especially with respect to an environment where everything is interconnected and always changing. IT staff are now becoming part of the new trent in the technology field TEDA service: or transformation; successful digital transformation moving from a comprehensive model in general business management to one that is more particular. Wilsey applied a form of analytic research methodology and collected primary data from a standardised 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, which was mailed to 356 corporate IT executives. Tested Cronbach's alpha, calculated descriptive means, a correlation analysis, regression analysis, distinguishing validity plus modeling for reliability and legitimacy of the data.
